CARIB CHAMBER along with the Florida State Hispanic Chamber of Commerce hosted a luncheon for Hispanic CREO (HCREO) and The Jorge Posada Foundation at The Columbia Restaurant in Ybor on 18 Dec, 2009. The event was to announce the official roll out of HCREO and to announce the New York Yankee’s catcher, Jorge Posada’s pledge of support.
HCREO works to improve educational outcomes for Hispanic children by empowering families through parental choice in education.
The Jorge Posada Foundation provides awareness and assistance to families with children affected by the congenital medical condition Craniosynostosis.
The CARIB CHAMBER, based in Tampa Bay is a 501 (c) 6 non-profit entity which represents the Caribbean American population in the Florida region by creating and sustaining opportunities, initiatives, and programs that benefit the community at large and in the Caribbean region.
